I have been teaching middle school students for 30 years. While many avoid this age group, I enjoy being in the classroom with them on a daily basis. The conversations, the latest trends, and the day to day change in motivation all keep me on my toes. By the end of 8th grade they are ready to take on the world, or at least high school.
